Service Levels



System Availability

FaultFinder is a web based platform and is available to use between 06:00 and 21:00, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year.
Scheduled maintenance may take place outside of these hours.

Support

The FaultFinder support team can be contacted by phone or email.
The phone lines are open between 08:00 and 16:30, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Support calls will be logged and prioritised by the FaultFinder support team.
